How do I know which bike size is right for me?
We provide a comprehensive sizing chart on every product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for a more agile ride or sizing up for increased stability. Our customer support team is also available to provide personalized recommendations based on your measurements.
Do Tommaso bikes come fully assembled?
To ensure safe shipping, our bikes arrive 'Ready to Ride' at approximately 85% assembly. You will need to install the front wheel, pedals, handlebars, and seat. We provide detailed video tutorials and all necessary tools to complete the process in about 30 minutes.
What is your return policy for cycling apparel and gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn apparel and unused gear in its original packaging. Please ensure that tags remain attached. For hygiene reasons, padded cycling shorts and bibs must be tried on over clean undergarments.
What kind of warranty do you offer on bike frames?
Tommaso offers a lifetime warranty on all aluminum and carbon fiber frames for the original purchaser. This covers manufacturing defects but does not include damage from crashes, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship primarily within the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes.
Can I upgrade components like pedals or saddles at the time of purchase?
Our bikes are spec'd with optimized component groups to offer the best value. While we do not swap components prior to shipping, we offer a wide range of upgraded pedals, saddles, and accessories in our shop that can be easily installed upon arrival.
