At Tommaso Cycling, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn and unused products. If your new cycling gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we are here to make the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, sellable condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to start the transit process.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your full refund or ship out your replacement exchange items within 3-5 business days.
